Jan-Tex Equipment Repair service was founded in Concord, North Carolina in 2002 by Terry Gibson and relocated to Fort Worth, Texas in 2004. Soon after the relocation, Terry brought aboard a partner, Paul Dean. While working in a 1500 square foot shop they meet Sid Cavanaugh, owner of Professional Polish Equipment. In 2006 the companies merged to form PPE/Jan-Tex Repair Service, Inc. With a dream and a lot of hard work and dedication PPE/Jan-Tex is now one of the Largest Equipment Repair Service Company’s in Texas with several locations and mobile services thru out the state. PPE/Jan-Tex believes in their customers and still has that small shop attitude of, "What ever it takes to get our customer equipment up and running."
